Nick holds B.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business, Economics, and Management from Caltech, providing a solid foundation for steering our company towards excellence and customer satisfaction.

Joshua Bauer, Co-Founder, CTO

Joshua boasts 16 years of experience in software development and has spent 11 years as a startup CTO. An expert in mobile apps, web development, machine learning, and ecommerce, he earned his B.S. in Computer Science and B.A. in Psychology from Georgetown, and furthered his studies in computational neuroscience at MIT. Joshua’s leadership guarantees top-tier technology solutions for our customers.

Sarah Bauer, Co-Founder, CFO

Sarah brings 13 years of startup experience as a business owner and founder and has deep roots in the trucking industry. As the fourth generation of her family's truck dealership, Western Truck Exchange, she combines her extensive industry connections and knowledge with modern business acumen. Sarah holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University of Arizona, ensuring a well-rounded approach to our financial strategy.

With 11 years of experience in leading marketing initiatives for startups and Fortune 500 companies, Ian excels in the automotive, supply chain, and technology industries.
