DESCRIPTION
An In-Line Fuel Filter, also known as Part Number FF149, is a component of a truck's fuel system that filters out impurities and contaminants from the fuel before it reaches the engine. This type of filter is installed in-line between the fuel tank and the engine to ensure that clean fuel is delivered to the combustion chamber. The FF149 filter contains a paper or mesh element that traps particles such as dirt, rust, and debris. Over time, these particles can clog the filter and restrict fuel flow to the engine. Regular replacement of an In-Line Fuel Filter is important to prevent issues with engine performance or damage due to contaminated fuel.
