DESCRIPTION
The Lube Combination Filter (part number LF9009) is a crucial component in the lubrication system of a truck. This filter is responsible for removing contaminants and impurities from the engine oil, ensuring that it remains clean and free of debris. The combination filter is designed to perform two functions simultaneously - filtering out both solid particles and liquid contaminants such as water. It achieves this through a combination of mechanical filtration and coalescing technology, which removes water droplets from the oil by causing them to merge together and become larger droplets that are easier to separate. Regular replacement of the Lube Combination Filter is necessary to maintain optimal engine performance and prolong the life of your truck's engine.
