DESCRIPTION
The Air Cleaner Element, also known as an air filter, is a component in a truck's engine system that cleans the air before it enters the engine. The element is made up of pleated filter paper encased in a metal or plastic frame. The primary function of the Air Cleaner Element is to prevent dirt, dust, and other debris from entering the engine and causing damage to internal parts. It also improves fuel efficiency and reduces emissions by ensuring that only clean air reaches the combustion chamber. Replacement of this part should be done periodically as it becomes clogged with dirt over time and loses its effectiveness at filtering out contaminants. Part Number 3013210 refers to a specific replacement element designed for certain models of trucks.
