DESCRIPTION
A Breather Bracket, also known as a crankcase vent bracket, is a component found in the engine of a truck. Its purpose is to hold the breather filter in place and provide support for the crankcase vent system. The breather filter helps to prevent oil mist and other contaminants from escaping into the atmosphere. The bracket is usually made of metal or plastic and is designed to withstand high temperatures and vibrations generated by the engine. It typically attaches to the engine block or valve cover using bolts or clips. A malfunctioning Breather Bracket can lead to oil leaks, decreased engine performance, and increased emissions.
