DESCRIPTION
A temperature sensor is an electronic device that measures the temperature of a particular component or area of a vehicle and sends the information to the engine control module (ECM). The ECM then uses this information to adjust the engine's performance and ensure that it operates within safe temperature limits. The Cummins® 2872468 temperature sensor is specifically designed for use in Cummins® engines and is a critical component in maintaining engine performance and longevity.
