DESCRIPTION
The Water Bypass Connection, also known by its part number 130394, is a component of a truck's cooling system. This connection allows coolant to bypass the engine's thermostat when the engine is cold, ensuring that the coolant circulates through the radiator and prevents overheating. As the engine warms up, the thermostat opens and directs coolant through the engine block. Without a functioning Water Bypass Connection, proper circulation of coolant would be impeded and could lead to potential damage or failure of vital components in the cooling system.
