The Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler, also known as EGR Cooler, is a crucial component in the emission control system of a Mitsubishi FUSO® commercial truck. This part is responsible for reducing the amount of nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions that are released into the environment. The EGR Cooler works by recirculating a portion of the exhaust gases back into the engine's combustion chamber, which lowers the temperature of the combustion process and reduces the formation of NOx.
