DESCRIPTION
The Oil Pump 10 Lobe Kit (part number 1833356C97) is an external component of an engine that is responsible for circulating oil throughout the engine to lubricate its moving parts. The kit includes a 10-lobe rotor that is driven by the engine's crankshaft and a housing that contains the rotor and oil pickup tube. As the rotor turns, it creates a vacuum that draws oil from the oil pan and forces it through the engine's oil passages. This helps to reduce friction and wear on the engine's moving parts, as well as dissipate heat.
