DESCRIPTION
Ball check valve is an engine internal component that is designed to regulate the flow of fluids in the engine. It is a type of valve that uses a ball to control the flow of fluid through a passage. The ball is held in place by a spring and when the pressure on one side of the valve exceeds the pressure on the other side, the ball is pushed against the spring, allowing fluid to flow through the valve. When the pressure equalizes, the spring pushes the ball back into place, preventing fluid from flowing in the opposite direction. The part number 1820478C1 is a specific ball check valve used in commercial trucks.
