DESCRIPTION
The Aftercooler Gasket Kit (part number 5473354) is a set of gaskets used to seal the connection between the aftercooler and the engine block on a truck. The aftercooler is responsible for cooling down the compressed air coming from the turbocharger before it enters the engine, which helps improve engine efficiency and performance. The gaskets in this kit ensure that there are no leaks between these two components, which can cause a loss of boost pressure and potentially damage the engine.
