DESCRIPTION
The Air Fuel Control Plunger, also known as AFC plunger, is a component found in diesel engines. It is responsible for regulating the amount of fuel that enters the engine's combustion chamber. This plunger works in conjunction with other components such as the fuel pump and injectors to ensure that the engine receives the correct amount of fuel at all times. The AFC plunger is made up of a metal shaft and a rubber diaphragm that work together to control the flow of fuel. If this part fails, it can result in poor engine performance and increased emissions. Proper maintenance and replacement of this component when necessary is crucial for optimal engine function.
