DESCRIPTION
The Air Cleaner (part number: 3975707) is a component of a truck's engine system that filters the air before it enters the combustion chamber. This helps to prevent dirt, dust, and other debris from damaging the engine. The air cleaner consists of a housing that contains an air filter element, which is made up of layers of paper or foam that trap contaminants as the air passes through. Over time, the filter can become clogged and will need to be replaced to maintain optimal engine performance. A dirty or damaged air cleaner can lead to decreased fuel efficiency and increased emissions.
