DESCRIPTION
The Air Inlet Tube, also known as the intake duct, is a component of a truck's air intake system. It is responsible for delivering fresh air from outside the vehicle to the engine's air filter. The tube is usually made of plastic or metal and is designed to be resistant to heat and corrosion. It connects the air cleaner housing to the throttle body or carburetor and may include additional components such as sensors or valves depending on the make and model of the truck. A damaged or clogged Air Inlet Tube can negatively affect engine performance by restricting airflow, causing decreased power and fuel efficiency. Proper maintenance and inspection of this part are crucial for optimal engine function.
