DESCRIPTION
The Air Fuel Mixer, also known as a carburetor or fuel injection system, is an essential component of a truck's engine that controls the mixture of air and fuel in the combustion chamber. Its primary function is to regulate the amount of fuel entering the engine to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. This component is composed of several parts including an air filter, throttle body, injectors, sensors and valves. The Air Fuel Mixer operates by mixing air and fuel at the right ratio before it enters the intake manifold. This ensures that the engine receives enough fuel for combustion while preventing excess emissions from being released into the atmosphere. It is critical to maintain this component regularly to prevent issues such as engine misfires or stalling from occurring during vehicle operation.
