The Air Fuel Control Tube, or AFC tube for short, is a component found in diesel engines that helps regulate the flow of air and fuel to the engine. The tube is typically made of metal and connects to both the turbocharger and the injection pump. Its main function is to control the amount of fuel delivered to the engine by adjusting air pressure within the injection pump. This ensures that the engine runs smoothly and efficiently at all times. The AFC tube plays a critical role in maintaining proper engine performance, so it is important to make sure it is always in good condition. If you notice any signs of wear or damage on your AFC tube, it should be replaced immediately to prevent any potential issues with your engine's performance or reliability.
