DESCRIPTION
The Air Intake Connection is a truck component with the part number 3967876. It is responsible for connecting the air intake system to the engine's throttle body. Its main function is to ensure that clean and filtered air from outside the vehicle is directed into the engine, where it mixes with fuel to create combustion. This component typically consists of a rubber or plastic hose that connects to both the air filter housing and throttle body, with clamps on each end for secure attachment. A faulty Air Intake Connection can lead to decreased engine performance due to reduced airflow, as well as potentially allowing unfiltered air into the engine which can cause damage over time.
