DESCRIPTION
The Cylinder Top Level Assembly Head, also known as the cylinder head, is a crucial component of an internal combustion engine. It sits on top of the engine block and contains the combustion chamber where fuel and air mix and ignite to power the engine. The cylinder head is responsible for sealing off each cylinder, controlling the flow of air and fuel into each cylinder, and directing exhaust gases out of the engine. It also houses various valves that control the intake and exhaust processes, as well as spark plugs that ignite the air/fuel mixture in each cylinder. The Cylinder Top Level Assembly Head must be machined to precise specifications to ensure proper sealing and optimum performance.
