DESCRIPTION
The idler pulley bracket (part number 215626) is a component of a truck's engine that holds the idler pulley in place. The idler pulley is responsible for guiding and maintaining tension on the belt that drives various engine accessories, such as the alternator and power steering pump. The bracket typically attaches to the engine block or another stationary part of the engine, providing a sturdy anchor point for the idler pulley.
