DESCRIPTION
The Filler Cap (Part Number: 69497) is a component that seals the opening of the fuel tank in a truck. It is usually located on top of the fuel tank and is designed to prevent gasoline or diesel from spilling out of the tank during normal driving conditions. The cap screws onto the fuel filler neck, creating an airtight seal that prevents vapors from escaping and keeps dirt and debris out of the fuel system.
