Sealant is a viscous substance used to fill gaps or seams in truck components, preventing air, water or other substances from passing through. It is commonly applied to areas such as the engine block, transmission housing and differential cover. The Sealant 5394371 is a specific type of sealant designed for use in heavy-duty trucks and provides a strong and durable seal that can withstand high temperatures and pressures. It is typically applied using a caulking gun or brush, and should be allowed to cure fully before the component is put back into service.
