DESCRIPTION
The Cylinder Head (part number: 3007834) is a crucial component of an internal combustion engine. It sits at the top of the engine block and seals the cylinders, forming separate combustion chambers for each piston. The cylinder head contains intake and exhaust ports which allow fuel and air into the cylinders and exhaust gases out. It also houses the valves, valve springs, rocker arms, and camshaft. These components work together to control the flow of fuel and air into the engine, as well as exhaust gases out. The cylinder head is typically made from aluminum or cast iron to withstand high temperatures and pressures generated during operation.
