DESCRIPTION
The cylinder head is an essential component of a truck engine that fits over the top of the cylinder block, creating the combustion chamber. It contains several passages and channels that allow for air and fuel to enter, exhaust gases to exit, and coolant to flow through. The cylinder head is responsible for sealing the cylinders and maintaining compression within them while also providing a mounting surface for other engine components such as camshafts, valves, and spark plugs.
