DESCRIPTION
The Cylinder Head (part number 3991156RX) is a crucial component of a truck's engine. It sits atop the engine block and seals the combustion chamber, allowing for compression and ignition of fuel and air. The cylinder head houses the valves, springs, retainers, and other hardware necessary for proper valve operation. It also contains the camshaft(s), which control valve timing and lift.
