DESCRIPTION
The Cylinder Head with part number 5469793 is an essential component of a truck's engine. It sits on top of the engine block and forms the combustion chamber where fuel is burned to generate power. The cylinder head houses the intake and exhaust valves, spark plugs, and fuel injectors. It also contains passages for coolant to flow through to keep the engine from overheating. The cylinder head must be precisely machined to ensure a proper seal with the engine block and maintain compression within each cylinder.
