DESCRIPTION
The cylinder head (part number 5658294RX) for a Cummins® commercial truck is responsible for sealing the top of the engine block. It contains the combustion chambers and intake and exhaust ports, allowing the fuel-air mixture to enter and the exhaust gases to exit the engine. The cylinder head also houses the valves, valve springs, and other necessary components for proper engine operation. It plays a critical role in maintaining compression and facilitating the combustion process within the engine.
