DESCRIPTION
The Cylinder Liner Installer, also known by its part number 3823615, is a specialized tool used in the installation of cylinder liners in diesel engines. The tool is designed to properly position the liner within the cylinder bore and prevent damage to the liner during installation. It consists of a cylindrical body with an internal taper that matches the shape of the liner, along with a handle for easy manipulation.
