DESCRIPTION
A seal driver is a tool used to install oil or grease seals onto a truck's axle, wheel hub, or transmission output shaft. The tool consists of a metal cylinder with various diameters and is designed to fit the seal snugly while protecting it from damage during installation. The ST480 is one such seal driver that is compatible with various sizes of seals commonly found in trucks. Using a seal driver ensures proper installation depth and alignment, which helps prevent leaks and premature wear on the seal.
