DESCRIPTION
The Ignition Switch is a component in a truck's electrical system that controls the power supply to the engine and other electrical components. It is responsible for turning on and off the engine, as well as providing power to other systems such as the fuel pump and starter motor. The Ignition Switch works by sending an electrical signal to the starter motor, which then engages with the engine to start it. It also controls other functions such as lights and accessories. When the key is turned, it engages with a series of contacts inside the switch, allowing electricity to flow through and activate various systems within the vehicle.
