DESCRIPTION
A transducer is a device that converts one form of energy to another. In the case of a Cummins® engine, the 3015237 transducer is a pressure transducer that measures the pressure of the fuel in the fuel rail and sends a signal to the engine control module (ECM) to adjust the fuel injection timing and quantity.
