DESCRIPTION
A Engine Piston Kit is a set of components that includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pins and circlips. The pistons are responsible for transferring the energy generated by fuel combustion to the crankshaft. The piston rings provide a seal between the piston and cylinder wall to prevent gas leakage during combustion. Wrist pins connect the piston to the connecting rod and allow for up-and-down movement of the piston within the cylinder. Circlips are used to secure wrist pins in place. Part number 3803758 refers specifically to an Engine Piston Kit designed for use in a truck engine with that specific part number.
