DESCRIPTION
An engine piston kit, identified by part number 3804408, is a set of components designed to replace the worn or damaged pistons in an engine. The kit typically includes new pistons, piston rings, wrist pins and circlips. The pistons are responsible for compressing air and fuel in the combustion chamber of an engine and converting the energy released into mechanical motion. Over time, high heat and pressure can cause wear on the surface of the pistons which can negatively impact performance. A new piston kit can help restore proper compression ratios resulting in improved engine efficiency and power output.
