DESCRIPTION
The Engine Piston Kit, also known as the piston assembly, is a vital component within the engine block of a truck. It consists of a piston, piston rings, and wrist pin. The piston moves up and down within the cylinder bore, compressing air and fuel mixture during intake stroke and then igniting it to generate power during combustion stroke. The piston rings help to seal the cylinder walls for efficient combustion while preventing oil from entering into combustion chamber. The wrist pin connects the piston to connecting rod which ultimately transmits power to crankshaft.
