DESCRIPTION
The Engine Piston Kit, identified by part number 4914566, is a crucial component of an internal combustion engine found in trucks. The kit includes the piston itself, as well as all necessary rings and pins required for installation. The piston is responsible for compressing the fuel-air mixture within the engine cylinder and transferring that energy to the crankshaft. It moves up and down within the cylinder with the aid of connecting rods attached to the crankshaft. The rings included in this kit seal off any gaps between the piston and cylinder wall to prevent oil from entering into combustion chambers while maintaining compression pressure.
