DESCRIPTION
The Exhaust Manifold Gasket (Part Number: 114753) is a seal that sits between the exhaust manifold and the cylinder head of an internal combustion engine. Its primary function is to prevent exhaust gases from escaping and entering the engine bay, which can cause harm to both the vehicle and passengers. The gasket is made of heat-resistant materials such as graphite or metal, which are able to withstand high temperatures and pressure generated by the engine's combustion process. Over time, these gaskets can deteriorate due to wear and tear or leaks, leading to decreased engine performance or even failure if not replaced promptly.
