DESCRIPTION
The Exhaust Recirculation Valve Kit, part number 5587013, is a component manufactured by Cummins® that is designed to control the flow of exhaust gases back into the engine's intake system. This process is known as Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) and is used to reduce the amount of nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions produced by the engine. The kit includes the valve, gaskets, and other necessary hardware for installation.
