DESCRIPTION
A fan clutch is a thermostatic device that regulates the operation of the engine cooling fan by controlling the amount of air that passes through the radiator. The Cummins® fan clutch part number 3862715 is designed to work with Cummins® engines and is responsible for reducing the load on the engine by disengaging the fan when it is not needed, which helps to improve fuel efficiency and reduce noise.
