DESCRIPTION
A Fan Spacer is a component of a truck's engine cooling system that sits between the fan and the pulley. Its purpose is to adjust the position of the fan in relation to other components of the engine, such as the radiator or alternator. The Part Number 43583 refers to a specific type of Fan Spacer that has been designed for use in certain makes and models of trucks.
