DESCRIPTION
The Fan Hub (part number: 2868740) is a component of a truck's cooling system that is responsible for driving the engine fan. It is typically mounted on the front of the engine and connects to the fan via a drive belt. The hub itself contains bearings and seals which allow it to rotate smoothly, even at high speeds. The fan hub is an important part of maintaining proper engine temperature and preventing overheating, as it helps to draw air through the radiator.
