Fuel Injection Pump (Part Number: 3931253)
A fuel injection pump is an essential component in a diesel engine that delivers fuel to the combustion chamber at a specific pressure and time. The 3931253 fuel injection pump is designed for use in heavy-duty trucks and ensures accurate and efficient delivery of fuel to the engine. It consists of a housing, plunger, camshaft, delivery valve, and control mechanism. The plunger moves up and down within the barrel to pressurize the fuel, which is then delivered through the delivery valve into the combustion chamber. The camshaft controls the movements of the plungers using lobes that are precisely machined with varying profiles.
