DESCRIPTION
The Fuel Pump without Calibration Code, also known by its part number FC4099RX, is a truck component responsible for delivering fuel from the tank to the engine. As its name suggests, this type of fuel pump does not require calibration codes to function properly. It is typically used in older model trucks and can be found in both gasoline and diesel vehicles. The fuel pump works by creating pressure within the fuel lines to move gasoline or diesel through the system and into the engine where it can be burned as fuel. Without a functioning fuel pump, a truck will not be able to operate properly and may experience issues such as hesitation or stalling while driving.
