DESCRIPTION
A gear puller is a tool used to remove gears from a shaft. The 3164378 gear puller is a specific model designed for use in trucks. It consists of three arms with hooks that are placed around the gear and then tightened using a center bolt. As the bolt is tightened, the arms apply pressure to the gear, pulling it off of the shaft. This allows for easy replacement or repair of damaged gears without damaging other parts of the truck's transmission system.
