DESCRIPTION
The Idler Gear is a truck component with the part number 3681144 that is responsible for maintaining proper tension and alignment of the timing belt or chain. The gear spins freely on its own shaft, and is used to redirect the movement of the belt or chain in order to keep it tight and prevent slippage.
