DESCRIPTION
A turbocharger HX35 (part number 3802770RX) is a component of a truck's engine that provides forced induction by compressing air and pushing it into the combustion chamber. The HX35 model is manufactured by Holset, a subsidiary of Cummins, and is commonly used in diesel engines. The turbocharger consists of a turbine wheel and compressor wheel connected by a shaft, with exhaust gases spinning the turbine side to power the compressor side. As the compressor wheel spins, it draws in outside air and compresses it before sending it into the engine's cylinders for improved performance and efficiency. A properly functioning turbocharger can increase horsepower and torque while reducing emissions.
