Fluid Heating Hose:
A fluid heating hose is a component used in the engine cooling system of a truck to transfer hot coolant fluid from the engine to the heater core. The hose is typically made of rubber or silicone and is designed to withstand high temperatures and pressure. The fluid heating hose connects to the water pump and thermostat housing, allowing hot coolant to flow through it and into the heater core, where it heats up air that is blown into the cabin by the HVAC system. Over time, fluid heating hoses can become worn or damaged, leading to leaks that can cause overheating or engine damage if not addressed promptly. Replacement hoses are available from aftermarket suppliers.

* Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC), Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) catalyst, and Electronic Control Module (ECM) repairs are not eligible to be claimed as over-the-counter under New or ReCon parts warranty for parts installed after January 1, 2020.
