DESCRIPTION
The Injector Nozzle (part number 3908506) is a component in a diesel engine that atomizes fuel and sprays it into the combustion chamber. It is located at the end of the injector and consists of a nozzle body, a spray tip, and a needle valve. The nozzle body is responsible for maintaining the correct fuel pressure, while the spray tip ensures that the fuel is appropriately dispersed into fine droplets before entering the combustion chamber. The needle valve controls how much fuel is injected into each cylinder based on engine load demands. A well-functioning injector nozzle ensures optimal engine performance, fuel efficiency, and reduced emissions.
