DESCRIPTION
The Starter Motor (part number 5284078) is an essential component in the ignition system of a truck. It is responsible for turning the engine over, allowing it to start. The starter motor uses electrical energy from the battery to engage with the flywheel and crankshaft, which begins the combustion process. Once the engine is running, the starter motor disengages and allows other components to take over. Without a properly functioning starter motor, a truck will not be able to start or run efficiently.
