DESCRIPTION
The Oil Cooler Housing, also known as the oil filter housing, is a component of a truck's engine system that houses the oil filter and oil cooler. It is typically made of metal and is located near the engine block. The housing contains channels that allow oil to flow through it, cooling the oil as it passes through the cooler. The oil filter is also located within this housing and prevents contaminants from entering the engine. Over time, the housing may become damaged or leaky due to wear and tear or improper installation. In such cases, replacement may be necessary to maintain proper function of the engine system.
