DESCRIPTION
The Lubricating Oil Pump (Part Number: 3644520NX) is a vital component in the engine of a truck. It is responsible for circulating oil throughout the engine to lubricate and cool moving parts, which reduces friction and wear. The pump draws oil from the oil pan through a pick-up tube and pushes it through the engine's oil passages. It also helps maintain consistent oil pressure by regulating the flow of oil. Without proper lubrication, an engine can suffer from excessive heat, metal-on-metal contact, and ultimately result in costly repairs or even complete failure.
