DESCRIPTION
The Change Wastegate Test Kit (part number 3824433) is a tool used to diagnose and test the wastegate in a turbocharged engine. The wastegate regulates the amount of boost pressure generated by the turbocharger, preventing over-boosting and potential engine damage. The kit consists of various adapters and hoses that allow for easy connection to the wastegate actuator, as well as a gauge that measures boost pressure. By using this kit, mechanics can accurately determine if the wastegate is functioning properly or if it needs to be replaced or adjusted.
